Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation message with tracking details (if available).

Shipping Time

We currently ship throughout Egypt.

Estimated delivery time: 3–5 business days nationwide.

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary during peak seasons, public holidays, weather conditions, or courier delays.

Shipping Fees

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout and displayed before you complete your purchase.

Failed Deliveries

Please ensure that your shipping information is accurate and complete.

If a delivery fails due to an incorrect address, unavailable recipient, or refusal of delivery, additional shipping fees may apply for reshipment.

Exchange Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for shipping fees associated with approved exchanges unless the exchange is due to a defective, damaged, or incorrect item sent by NAYL.

Delays

While we strive to deliver all orders within the estimated timeframe, NAYL is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather conditions, public holidays, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Return, Exchange & Refund Policy

At NAYL, we strive to ensure that every order meets your expectations. Please review our policy below before making a purchase.

Swimwear Exchange Policy

Due to hygiene reasons, all swimwear purchases are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded.

If you need a different size, we offer a size exchange only under the following conditions:

• The exchange request must be made within 7 days of receiving your order.
• The item must be unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition.
• All tags, packaging, and hygiene liners must remain attached and intact.
• Exchanges are subject to size availability.

NAYL Magnetic Clipper Exchange Policy

For the NAYL Magnetic Clipper, we offer color exchanges only.

• Exchange requests must be submitted within 7 days of receiving your order.
• The clipper must be unused and returned in its original packaging.
• Color exchanges are subject to availability.

Please note that refunds are not available for color preference changes.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery.

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order and provide photos of the issue.

Once verified, we will arrange a replacement or suitable resolution.

Non-Returnable & Non-Refundable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

• Swimwear
• Personalized or custom-made products
• Gift cards
• Sale or clearance items
• Products that have been used, worn, washed, damaged, or altered after delivery

Refunds

Refunds are only issued in cases where:

• An item is defective and a replacement is unavailable.
• An incorrect item was delivered and cannot be replaced.

If approved, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
