At NAYL, we strive to ensure that every order meets your expectations. Please review our policy below before making a purchase.
Swimwear Exchange Policy
Due to hygiene reasons, all swimwear purchases are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded.
If you need a different size, we offer a size exchange only under the following conditions:

The exchange request must be made within 3 days of receiving your order.

The item must be unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition.

All tags, packaging, and hygiene liners must remain attached and intact.

Exchanges are subject to size availability.
NAYL Magnetic Clipper Exchange Policy
For the NAYL Magnetic Clipper, we offer color exchanges only.

Exchange requests must be submitted within 5 days of receiving your order.

The clipper must be unused and returned in its original packaging.

Color exchanges are subject to availability.
Please note that refunds are not available for color preference changes.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon delivery.
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order and provide photos of the issue.
Once verified, we will arrange a replacement or suitable resolution.
Non-Returnable & Non-Refundable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

Products that have been used, worn, washed, damaged, or altered after delivery
Refunds
Refunds are only issued in cases where:

An item is defective and a replacement is unavailable.

An incorrect item was delivered and cannot be replaced.
If approved, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
